5. Sharing Data with Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data. Data may be shared with:
- Google LLC — for GA4 data processing (under the Google Data Processing Amendment).
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd — for Meta Pixel data processing.
- Essential technical service providers (web hosting) acting as processors under confidentiality obligations.
Transfers outside the EEA are carried out under the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Data Retention
- Form data: retained for the time necessary to respond to your request and deleted after 2 years, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.
- GA4 analytics data: standard retention of 14 months.
- Meta Pixel data: in accordance with Meta's data retention policy.
