The guarantee isn't a marketing argument. It's a formal commitment we make to every client at handover. If anything goes wrong with our work in the following two years, we fix it — no charge, no excuses.
What the guarantee covers
Many companies mention a "guarantee" without ever formalising it. At Ferreira Obras, the guarantee is a written document delivered at handover — specifying what it covers, for how long, and how to activate it.
The guarantee covers all work carried out by Ferreira Obras: tiling, plumbing, electrics, microcement, paintwork and carpentry. The period runs from the documented handover date.
For two years after handover, if any defect resulting directly from our work appears — cracks, leaks, tile lifting, sealant failure, installation faults — contact us and we resolve it at no additional cost.

Yes. We issue a written guarantee document at handover, specifying the scope, duration and how to activate it. You'll have a physical document and a digital copy.
You contact us — WhatsApp is usually fastest. We ask you to send a photo so we can assess the issue. We then arrange a visit date. If the problem is covered by the guarantee, we fix it at no charge.
It covers our workmanship — how we installed the materials. If a tile was poorly bonded and lifts, that's our responsibility. If the tile itself has a manufacturing defect, that's a supplier issue and we help you navigate the claim with the manufacturer.
The same way as any other client: send us a WhatsApp message with photos. We assess remotely, then coordinate access with your keyholder. You don't need to travel.
