We speak by video call. You show us photos of the space, we discuss what you want and we agree on next steps. No commitment at this stage.
We visit the property with whoever has access — a family member, a neighbour, a friend. We take measurements and photos. You don't need to be present.
We send a detailed quote within 48 hours. Once approved, we prepare a contract with the fixed price, agreed timeline and guarantee terms. Signed digitally if preferred.
We start on the agreed date. Every week you receive photos showing progress — at each stage, from demolition through to finished work. You can always reach us directly by WhatsApp.
When the work is complete, we do a thorough video walk-through so you can see every detail before we hand the keys back. The 2-year guarantee document is delivered at this point.

No. The only thing you need is someone with access to the property on day one. From there, we manage everything. Many of our emigrant clients have never visited the property during the renovation — only arriving after handover.
Bank transfer or MB Way. A deposit is paid at contract signing, the remaining amount at handover. All payment terms are specified in the contract.
We send you photos and links to supplier catalogues. For key decisions (tiles, sanitaryware, kitchen units) we can do a shared-screen call so you can browse options with us. For smaller accessories, we make recommendations based on the brief and you approve via WhatsApp.
We contact you immediately and propose a solution before acting. No decisions are made without your approval. If something is covered by the 2-year guarantee after handover, we coordinate with your keyholder to resolve it.
Yes. All written communication, quotes and documents can be provided in English. We are comfortable communicating fully in English throughout the project.
