It depends on the size and scope of the works. A 2-bed apartment renovation including bathroom and kitchen typically takes 6 to 10 weeks. A full 3–4 bed can take 10 to 16 weeks. The exact timeline is set in the contract and is binding — we have a strong track record of meeting deadlines.
For partial works, yes — we work in phases to keep part of the apartment habitable. For full renovations, we recommend clients don't reside on site for safety and comfort reasons. If you do stay, we guarantee daily clean-up of the work area.
Our quote is fixed and contractual. The agreed price is the final price — no surprises, no last-minute extras. The only exception is additional work requested by the client during the project that wasn't in the original contract; these are quoted separately and approved before execution.
