For Design Professionals
We can read a specification document. We respect technical requirements. We communicate professionally. And we deliver projects that look as good as the renders — because our team is our own and we build what you design.
Talk About a PartnershipThe Problem You Know
You designed everything in detail. The specification is clear. The materials are specified. The construction details are drawn. Then the contractor improvises, substitutes materials without telling you, ignores dimensions and delivers something that isn't the project.
This is the most common frustration we hear from architects and designers when they first contact us. It's why we work differently.
When we receive a project with technical specifications, we follow them. If there's a doubt or a technical impossibility, we flag it immediately — we don't resolve it on our own. And we photograph progress weekly so you can verify conformity without having to be on site constantly.
What We Value
How We Work Together
We receive the project (drawings, specification, bills of quantities) and review it before quoting. We schedule a coordination meeting to clarify technical questions and align on timeline and process expectations.
We present a detailed quote broken down by work type — demolitions, masonry, electrical, plumbing, tiling, paintwork, metalwork. Each line item with unit price and total. Fixed price, no surprises.
If the project specifies materials, we source suppliers and present samples for approval. If the designer already has preferred suppliers, we coordinate directly with them. We never substitute materials without approval.
Our team executes all works — no subcontracting. Every week we send a photographic report by trade. If we encounter unforeseen technical constraints not covered in the project, we flag them immediately with a proposed solution.
We schedule a final inspection with the designer before client handover. We check conformity with the design. We correct anything necessary before formal handover. We deliver project documentation (materials used, technical data sheets, equipment guarantees).
Project Types
Quoting
With a complete project (drawings + specification), quoting is faster and more precise. We can quote within 5 to 7 working days of receiving all documentation.
If the project is still in development, we can provide a phased estimate — first demolitions and installations, then tiling and finishes — so the designer can refine the design with real cost feedback.
We're accustomed to working with bills of quantities and material data sheets with specific references. If you prefer, we can submit the quote in your practice's format to make it easier to compare with other proposals.
What helps with quoting
FAQs
Yes, and we welcome it. Site supervision by the designer ensures conformity with the project and protects everyone — the architect, the client, and us. We give full access to the site at any time and collaborate with supervision without reservation.
We immediately notify the designer with photographs and a technical description of the situation. We propose solutions but don't implement them without approval. Any deviation from the original project is documented so there's a formal record.
Yes. If the project specifies particular suppliers or brands, we work with them. If you have preferred suppliers for specific trades (lighting, sanitaryware, tiling), we coordinate directly with them for procurement and installation.
Yes. We hold public liability and employer's liability insurance for all our team members. We can provide the policy documents when required for contract purposes.
We agree the preferred channel and frequency at the start. Typically: weekly photographic report by email or WhatsApp, identifying work completed and planned for the following week. On-site coordination meetings whenever needed. Immediate communication in the event of any unforeseen issue.
