Every project is different, but the process is always rigorous. These are the stages we go through in every complete renovation:
We remove tiles, bath, WC, basin, suspended ceiling and all existing coverings. Waste leaves your home — it doesn't pile up at the door.
We inspect and replace cold water, hot water and drainage pipes. We reposition water points if the new layout requires it. We use certified materials compatible with new construction.
We run new circuits, install sockets in safe zones, prepare for underfloor heating and position lighting according to the agreed design.
This stage is invisible but it's the most important. We apply a waterproof membrane to walls and floors in the shower area and wet zones. Without this step, any renovation has a short lifespan.
Tile, porcelain, microcement or a combination. We work with large-format slabs, geometric patterns or the classic metro white — whatever suits your taste and budget.
Installation of wall-hung or floor-standing WC, basin and vanity unit, shower or bath, taps, mirror, towel rails and accessories. We work with Roca, Grohe, Topciment, Villeroy & Boch and other benchmark brands.

Between 2 and 4 weeks, depending on the size and complexity. A standard 4–6 m² bathroom is typically done in 2 weeks. Projects involving extensive plumbing or electrical changes may take up to 4 weeks.
It's not required, but if you only have one bathroom we recommend planning an alternative for the first 5 days (demolition and waterproofing phase). After that, the bathroom becomes progressively usable.
The quote we give is fixed. The only exception is if hidden problems are discovered (e.g., degraded pipes not visible beforehand) — in which case we inform you before proceeding and agree the additional cost together. There are never surprises without prior notice.
Absolutely. We manage projects remotely for Portuguese emigrants every day. We start with a video consultation, send weekly progress photos, and do a final video walk-through at handover. You don't need to be present.
It covers workmanship defects — leaks, tiles lifting, sealant failure, plumbing installation issues. It doesn't cover damage caused by misuse or normal wear of equipment.
